FVWM: Rocky 9, Konsole, and FVWM3

Hi,

I just upgraded my workstation to Rocky 9. I installed FVWM3 and I'm 
trying to run KDE's konsole program. In particular, I'm trying to get
background images working in konsole.

They worked under SL7 (my previous operating system). I haven't gone 
very far in debugging, I'm just wondering if anyone is doing this 
successfully.

In the konsole color scheme window, there is a message:

     The background transparency setting will not be used because
     your desktop does not appear to support transparent windows.

That's fine with me, I don't want transparent windows. On the other 
hand, I'm wondering if konsole just gives up and ignores the background 
image. That's my current number one hypothesis. I'm about to start going 
through the konsole source now.
