FVWM: SVG without viewbox

Hi,

currently I am very unhappy with not being able to update over version
1.1.1 as nearly all SVG images are broken.

Beside the fact, that I have no idea how to add that viewbox, I think,
it is a nobrainer to support such SVG as it was in versions up to 1.1.1.
Even more as the SVGs are not out of specification. And there are many
that does not seams to have a viewbox; more than SVGs having a viewbox.

Unfortunately, [0] points out, that it is not going to fix upstream,
even that there is a easy patch available.
