Summary: IceWM and Composite extension fix

Initial Comment:
With X11R6.8.0, a new *experimental* extension called
"Composite" is provided. It is used by xcompmgr and
transet to handle windows drop shadow and translucency.
When the Composite extension is enabled, IceWM themes
that use pixmaps are drawn with garbage. If fact, it
seems like they are not drawn at all. Taskbar and menu
icons are also not drawn. However, with another window
manager like XFWM4 provided with XFCE4, everything
works almost fine. So the problem is probably an IceWM one.

To reproduce the bug with this *experimental*
extension, just add the following lines at the end of
your xorg.conf, start X with IceWM as your window
manager and run "xcompmgr -c" :

Section "Extensions"
   Option "Composite" "Enable"
EndSection

Now comes the interesting part. There is a bug with an
experimental extension, and as it is experimental, no
one should probably care, at least for now. But it
could be at least informative to now from where it come
from (section 5.3) :

http://www.freedesktop.org/~xorg/X11R6.8.0/doc/RELNOTES5.html#40

By setting the XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS environment
variable before starting IceWM, it works fine with the
composite extension turned on. So the problem is due to
this visual that "most X applications ignore [...]
since it is not useful to them".

Hope that helps for future version of IceWM. Thanks to
_Hitek_ for pointing that section in the X11R6.8.0
documentation. Now I can turn this extension on to make
funny screenshot ;) (only to make screenshot as window
drop shadow and translucency are far from being usable
for now).

Fix checked in that forces Imlib to use the default visual.
This seems to help.

Hum ... Sorry, this should have been in the "Bug" section,
not this one ("Patch") as there is no patch. I should be too
tired at the time of writing :)
