I started playing with xinerama and come up with these fixes/enhancements

version 3:
 - fix screen coverage calculation
    * yes, the coverage can be 0, in this case return the primary screen
    * use the screen_number not the index into xiInfo as screen
 - check position against dead space and if more than 50% are in dead
space replace it to the primary screen
