Summary: evaluate WM_NAME within winoptions

Initial Comment:
I'd like to distribute several xterms across different
workspaces on startup. You can't do that with WM_CLASS
alone. Would be nice to include workspace selection
in winoptions based on the windows title found in
WM_NAME.

Message:
use the '-name <name>' option from xterm and '<name>.XTerm.workspace: <i>'
in the winoptions file
