Summary: The task bar won't auto-hide when close a system icon on it.

Initial Comment:
The task bar won't auto-hide when close a system icon on it.

For example, I launched XMMS and Pidgin on my system, And it will display two icons on the right of task bar.

If I launch `xmms -q' to clse XMMS, The icon of xmms on task bar will disappear, then The task bar will auto-rise but won't auto-hide.

Please consider to fix it. Thanks!

* IceWM version: 1.2.36pre2.

Another example is launching stardict. If the taskbar is hide, and I
launched stardict, a stardict icon will appear on the task bar, then the
task bar will auto-rise but won't auto-hide.
