It seems that with the latest CVS and number of themes, after a window has been resized and then made inactive you get the attached effect

It would appear that removing or renaming titleAQ.xpm fixes the problem for
said themes. Must be a theme bug...

I am using the Breathe theme but it is also apparent in Vostro.
