You are not alone. IceWM is still being developed, but not so fast as
it was in the past. That is a pity, but this normally happens with
open source projects that are targeted to a limited number of
potential users. Some projects actually die this way, especially when
the main developers are not willing to giveaway the control to anyone.
This happened to WindowMaker. I think that there is now a kind of fork
of it, but I cannot recall who maintains it and where because I
stopped using it long time ago. Speaking of IceWM, for some of my
patches it took about half a year to be accepted. This is not perfect
but definitely better than complete ignorance...
