Summary: vertical taskbar

Initial Comment:
I use a laptop with a wide screen. A more efficient use of screen real estate is to have the taskbar vertically, either on the left or the right. I see I'm not the only one who would appreciate this feature.

right now, I run IceWM + LXPanel to get the vertical taskbar effect, but I'd rather drop LXPanel, and have Icewm do it all. Thanks!
