Summary: Modify menu's on the fly

Initial Comment:
Currently, I want any changes in ~/.icewm/menu be effective, I have to restart icewm. This is not convenient, as there might be many windows that are open in icewm so I don't want to restart icewm. May I request the feature of allowing the update of menu on the fly?

Message:
You can restart icewm in a script by using the command 'killall -HUP
icewm'. This doesn't kill any existing windows and allows changing other
things as well, like the toolbar.
A more elegant way to create dynamic menus is using 'menuprogreload'
instead of 'prog' in ~/.icewm/menu, but this doesn't work for the top-level
menu. Having a fully dynamic main menu would in fact be very convenient, so
I second this request.
