The problem was only fixed in Fedora. (And hopefully, EPEL, once I have
some free time.)

As for upstream (icewm@sourceforge), AFAIK the bug was fixed in icewm
1.3.x series.

I'll post the patch in the sourceforge bug report, just in-case anyone
with CVS access wants to apply it against 1.2.x.
