Initial Comment:
With the proliferation of laptops lacking LED indicators it is often necessary to show Caps Lock, Num Lock, and Scroll Lock (if applicable) in an OSD (on screen display).  I've found that acquiring this simple feature usually necessitates loading a "panel" along with it's associated libraries and other features, which are often duplicates of features already provided by IceWM.  I think the IceWM devel team can provide a better solution by coding a Caps/Num/Scroll Lock indicator into the Task Bar, right alongside the Net and CPU status indicators, and I request such.
If I am wrong, and there is a "simple, easy, effecient" method of displaying this already available, please wise me up.
