Summary: Logout menu entry "Restart Xterm" should sound "Restart X"

Initial Comment:
In Icewm-1.3.6-1 (Debian:Unstable) the Logout/Restart menu entry below "Restart IceWM" seems to be "Restart Xterm" in all languages that I checked.
I think that in fact, it should sound "Restart X-Server" or similar. Anyway, it seems nothing to do with Xterm.
TIA

Message:
First, it's not just Debian-Unstable, it has been called "Restart Xterm"
since I can remember.

Second, it's not only seeming, it really says "Restart Xterm" which is
IMHO a really bad title for that action. It does what it says -- stops the
icewm session and starts xterm (if the xterm is not installed then... no
idea, maybe just terminating the session).

Some translators (like French and Russian) tried to find a better
expression in their translations, meaning something like "Restart Icewm as
Xterm" or "Replace Icewm with Xterm".

I think the original version should follow and use a less misleading
phrase.
