anonamy CVS access and web cvs malfunction?

when trying to get current sources via cvs i am only getting
strange requests for some "icwm" user on the console.
probably thats a server based error message - i am not totally sure.

when trying to achieve access to current sources via http service
i am seeing only blank pages from the sourceforge server.

i assume something is broken on server side right now.
maybe its only a temporary sourceforge outage i am not aware of
but i doubt this and so brought this to your attention right now.
