Initial Comment:
I started using icewm 1.0.7, and it seems that the
LimitSize option is now 
broken. I have LimitSize=0 in my preferences, but even
then, when trying to 
start a program with "-geometry 1280x1024" (which is
the resolution of my 
screen), icewm automatically resizes it to fit within
screen limits, including 
the titlebar, which brings the window size down.

I have tried setting LimitByDockLayer=0, but that
doesn't seem to change the 
behavior.

I noticed this when using the Citrix Metaframe client
(which I sometimes use 
to run an NT session full-screen on my machine), but I
tested with other 
programs (like xclock), giving them the -geometry
option, and the behavior is 
the same.

Looking through the change log for 1.0.7 I couldn't
find anything that strikes 
me as immediately obvious that I'm doing wrong, but
there seem to have been 
several changes in the workspace-limiting and layering
code, so I may be 
missing something.
