Summary: icewm + wine apps = focus on windows working not properly

Initial Comment:
Strange focus works then switch between native linux windows apps and wine apps with mouse clicking. For example.
1. Launching notepad under wine ( active notepad window)
2. Launching kwrite (active kwrite window)
3. Click by mouse at notepad window in textedition area (notepad window become top)
4. Trying to type anything and see, what we typing in notactive kwrite window (not notepad window)
