Summary: Order of windows shuffled when theme switched

Initial Comment:
After switching the theme (Menu - Settings - Themes) the order of the windows in the taskbar has changed. It doesn't exactly reverse the order but something similar. This is very annoying when you have a special desktop-"layout" and therefore rely on the order of the windows.

May be this bug has the same reason as ID: 1875686 has.

I'm using 1.3.7~pre2-1 with Debian squeeze.

There is another glitch: The y position of wine windows gets decreased,
i.e. these windows move upwards.
