Google earth has this problem. I have a dual monitor setup. When I click on the menu, the menu is displayed in the wrong monitor. This appears in icewm 1.3.7 but not in icewm 1.2.37 (so it is a regression). The version I use is the one of archlinux current (version 1.2.37, unpatched configured with ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --disable-shaped-decorations --enable-gradients. My setup is the following (output of xrandr):
