Summary: icewm 1.3 fails with qt-menus in multi-heads

Initial Comment:
If using e.g. dolphin in a multihead environment under icewm, the pulldown menus (File,Edit,...) are only visible on the primary screen.
At all other screens the button is selected but no menu appears. The problem occurs also with other qt apps like smplayer or yast2.
No such problem with icewm 1.2.

Actualy the first version that shows this problem is 1.3.4pre1, the 1.3.3
version works fine. The 1.2 series works fine too
