Initial Comment:
In the past it was possible to display the battary status as a bar, instead of words.

This does not seem to work anymore, even if:

#  Show APM status on task bar in time-format
TaskBarShowAPMTime=0

is set.

affected version: icewm-1.2.37-7 on Fedora 16
