Summary: logout dialog displayed on wrong display

Initial Comment:
I have a laptop with an external display connected. Within .icewm/startup I de-activate the laptop display if the external display is connected.

Sadly the logout dialog (opened by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del) still seems to be opened on the laptop display, and therefor is not visible.
