Well, anyone is free to create one and several people already have:

I suppose all it would take is for Adam to update the website to point
to one (or more likely a new one) to make that repo offical, then the
CVS repo could then just be ignored.  Adam, any thoughts? I assume you
would want Marko's blessing first though :)
