WM_NAME ignored in winoptions

The docs say that any of these should work in winoptions: ,---- | window_class.window_name.window_role.option: argument | window_class.window_name.option: argument | window_class.window_role.option: argument | window_name.window_role.option: argument | window_class.option: argument | window_name.option: argument | window_role.option: argument `---- but as of 1.3.8 window_name.option is ignored. But I do not see anything in the diff which explains why name.option stopped working.
