These are in your preferences file.

#  Command to start logout
# LogoutCommand=""

#  Command to cancel logout
# LogoutCancelCommand=""

#  Command to shutdown the system
ShutdownCommand="sudo halt"

#  Command to reboot the system
RebootCommand="sudo reboot"


The last 2 are what you are looking for I think.
