Focus problem with java

I have a problem of focus with icewm 1.2.35 (Fedora 10) and java applications (SUN jre 1.6.0_19).
If I click on a java application window, the widow is not activated.
The window is well set in foreground but I see in the title bar the color of an inactive window and the window doesn't respond to keyboard input.
I must click on the window title bar or on the taskbar shortcut to activate the window.
This problem doesn't exist with other applications written in other languages.

I have the same behaviour with other icewm version including the last one (1.3.6) and other jre.
I first thought to a bad focus implementation in the java application but I have this with all java applications and with gnome, everything works fine.
So I suspect an icewm problem.
Any idea ?
