PassFirstClickToClient taskbar bug

Hi, Disabling PassFirstClickToClient causes the taskbar not to respond to clicks. I've tried this in 1.2.33, 1.2.36pre1, 1.3.7.pre2 all on Apple OSX 10.6. Is there a workaround? Is the bug fixed on some platforms? It was supposed to have been fixed in 1.2.36. If you are wondering, yes, it was a pain to get 1.3.7pre2 to compile on OSX. Thankfully, the MacPorts patch to base.h makes things compile.
