popup progress-bar for volume button

Hello,

After an hour of google search I have successfully mapped my laptop volume keys with the help of  .icewm/keys 

```````````````
key "XF86AudioLowerVolume"      amixer -c 0 set Master 10%-
key "XF86AudioRaiseVolume"      amixer -c 0 set Master 10%+
key "XF86AudioMute"             amixer -c 0 set Master toggle
````````````````

It would be nice if there is a popup progress bar also. I don't know if it is really possible here. By any chance , is there something which can do this ? Any such feature in ubuntu which I can apply in my squeeze box ?
