binding 'Prc Sc" key to a screen dump pgm?

Hi,

I'm trying to bind the following command to the PrintScreen (Prt Sc) 
button

xterm -g 50x2+0-30 -hold -e 'zsh -c "echo \"pick a window - dump to ~/
Temp/yyyy-mm-dd-..png\";cd ~/Temp; scrot -s"'

This command works just fine when executed from a Menu.

But I tried (in .icewm/keys) :
key "Print"	xterm -g 50x2+0-30 -hold -e 'zsh -c "echo \"pick a 
window - dump to ~/Temp/yyyy-mm-dd-..png\";cd ~/Temp; scrot -s"'

When Pressing the PrintScreen button I get the following message
giblib error: couldn't grab keyboard:Resource temporarily unavailable

What am I missing?
