Removing default menu items "Help", "Themes" , "Logout" etc .

Hi all,

I put my menu file  in $HOME/.icewm/menu . It shows menu with desired options from my file.
I removed the menu files from /etc/X11/icewm/menu , still the options "Help", "Themes" , "Logout" is being displayed. I am checking the reason for this. Do you have a clue on how to remove these items?
