Battery Icon doesn't show percentage

Hi,

I'm using IceWM-1.3.7 .
The battery status icon (in the toolbar) is quite small and it doesn't 
show the percentage. Only if I put the mouse over this icon it displays
the percentage in a pop up window.

Is it possible to configure IceWM to show this percentage permanently?
