I love IceWM, BUT I find dragging windows around the screen is like
watching paint dry. Its not that my machine is slow, or lacks memory,
it's that Ice is painfully slow in this one area. Perhaps it's my
oboard video (Intel 865) that's slow. In any event is there a way to
make Ice act like Fluxbox, that is instead of moving the whole window
it moves just an outline of the window. It works whether moving or
re-sizing.  Can this be done with Ice ( which I much prefer over Flux)
