Project Permafrost: Early-December Report

Besides working out a decent system for the documentation/trademark-removal/packaging/uploading process, I've had some real-life distractions to slow me down considerably. Aside from my contributing to the Four Star Mon project, these shouldn't be much of a problem this month. Hopefully I'll get through the rest of the Debian-preserved themes by the end of this month.

As always, anyone is welcome to join the forums and contribute free themes in the Hailstorm sub-forum, help with processing the Debian themes in the Historical Archives sub-forum of the Hailstorm sub-forum, or collaborate on documentation in the Snowplow sub-forum.

I'm pretty sure that I've gotten the forums arranged in a mostly-sane way, and that the ice-puns are pretty much all frozen. (Sorry.) So please mention the forum for those who don't subscribe to the mailing list! 8~)
