Ummmm, no :-) Much as I like it, it's not perfect yet. There's one
extremely aggravating problem related to window focus (which I've
written about on this list before, but still haven't gotten around to
reporting), and also I've always had difficulties with setting the
background (root) image, although in some fairness that might possibly
be related to running it under KDE 3.5.

I've also looked at OpenBox and (I think) Fluxbox, and thought "Meh. Why
would I bother changing to this?"

Actually, perhaps the single biggest thing keeping me with Ice is my
favorite theme - BlueHeart.  I haven't found anything near this
beautiful for any other WM.

To address the concern of OP, though: it seems to me there is
developement activity going on, and progress being made (at least on the
1.3 branch, which is what I use), so I don't feel there's any call for
concern in that area... it's a lot more active than, say, a project
whose website News section still features a 2006 release as its
most recent...
