Howto use webilder with icewm ?

Dear list,

I like to use webilder a wallpaper application which downloads pics from flickr and set as wallpaper. More at http://www.webilder.org/

But I am unable to use it with icewm. It can be used with gnome,kde, xfce etc... but no such config for icewm. How can I use this with icewm ?
