Thanks, I have found iceme a python based light editor.
But It fails to load due to the following

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "IceMe.py", line 18, in <module>
    import gdkpixbuf
ImportError: No module named gdkpixbuf
```````

I already have libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 installed here.
This is a debian (wheezy) box.

Any clue ?
