   Well I searched the net and found an rpm of the source for icemc...
had to convert to DEB, than make a bunch of changes to
the Makefile..and install some qt3 dev packages and got it to compile on 
my Debian Sid partition.
I can send you the bin, or source or whatever if that will help ?

Why Icewm is dying?? Dunno...I love it but the developer(s) seems to be
less and less interested. For example I can't get Ice to fun properly on
Ubuntu Natty. The Gnome sessions manager seems to interfere with 
Icewm-session causing a segfault.
Icewm by itself will run but then the startup file never gets called.
