As Matt suggested I have compile it by

./configure Linux --disable="Imlib"

to bypass Imlib... But it still depends on gtk

`````````````
Checking Dependency: gtk-devel...
    *** Object `gtk-config' not found in defined platform paths! ***
One or more compoents are not available on your system, please install them first and then resume this configuration.
How can I solve this as gtk2 is available here in my debian wheeezy ?
Any back ported repo which can provide this ?
TIA
