   Well the format of that line is screwed up.
   It should be:

   chromium-browser.icon: /usr/share/pixmaps/chromium-browser.png

   That is IF the class name of the browser is chromium-browser.

   To find out, open a terminal window and Chrome re-sized to fit your 
screen and type xprop |grep WM_CLASS

   Your cursor should turn into a cross, click on the browser window and
   xprop will spew out the class name among other things.

   Then you can put it into your winoptions file.

   Also make sure you have ShowMenuItemButton=1 in your preferences. 
Some themes have that turned off (it'll be in the default file of the 
theme you're running) .

    If these don't work, I am out of ideas :)
