editing menus

Is there a **working** menu editor for IceWm ? I have run across 
menuedit a Python creation which won't run anymore due to a lack of 
Pygtk for current distros, and MenuEditor a GTK editor which also won't 
run because 7 or 8 libraries are missing, most of which aren't available 
anymore.

It seems there was a QT implementation at one time which I have been 
unable to find.
