To address this, the IceWM code was usually one man show. It was found by 
Marko Macek, then Marko had a short break when it was maintained by Mathis 
Hasselmann, last Marko was active again.

However there were still during the years flowing some pathes from other 
people, mainly from debian.

ATM the code is somewhat stalled. The reason is, e.g. for me, that I have 
IceWM on the last computer, that I use rarely. While I am always impressed 
by its lightness, I am far from maintaining icons and application menus 
I did for years there. Therefore also web/documentation/icons/configs are 
starving.
