How to change the number of workspaces on the fly?

Hi,

I use icewm from vnc. Once vnc is started, I can not change the number
of workspaces. I try to edit ~/.icewm/preferences, but the number of
workspaces won't change unless I restart vnc. is there a way to update
the number of workspaces on the fly? Thanks!

WorkspaceNames="1", "2", "3", "4", "5"
