Try to resize or delete that icon and icewm use the default icon. Is in the ~/.icewm/themes/YOURTHEME/taskbar folder and can be called sta= rt.xpm or icewm.xpm or linux.xpm or menu.xpm (any of these names is the ima= ge of the menu button) Greetings and luck.
