Perhaps you can list your planned features somewhere and others might
take over ? 

Would like to myself, but I lack the time, C skill and determination
for that; what I've thought of after looking over your code some time
ago was a C++ port/rewrite with the use of XComposite's
possibilies. Your 'Class' constructions just suggested C++ to me, but
spending a lot of time on recreating something thats already there and
very usable too, seemed not worth the while ( while probably being an
euphemism here ). In addition I do not know how well xlib can be used 
with C++ - probably would have learned a lot, though.
