Of course I'd prefer patches, but I didn't ask for them: I asked for
bug reports. If such page numbering is used, one should remember to
ues the released version then (and preferrably the dvi/ps/pdf/whatever
on the Web page or the tarball, to make sure that the numbering is
the same).
