Ion3 has the query menus, which are better than lame hot keys. Ion2 IIRC also does have type-ahead search in the menus, so you'll just have to type a part (even a middle part, IIRC) of the name of the entry. Ion3 is gone from Debian, because I do not want development releases distributed by megafrozen distributions for years to come. Stable Ion3 will be released "soon" anyway, and Ion2 will be obsoleted. -- Tuomo
