kinda newbie, nestet WS and emulating sticky

Hi Folks!

After a long time of absence to ion3 I am back starting to use it again. 

I have two questions about some stuff I was playing around with in older
ion3 versions. Now I am not able two integrate nest_ws.lua into my
environment, ist it somehow deprecated actually? IIRC this gave me to
features I used:

I could attach a float ws into a frame in a tiled workspace, I got this
by tagging a workspace and attaching it into a frame, is there a way to
attach a new one? On the opposite I could attach a tiled WS to a frame.
If I attach a tagged tiled workspace the frame is put onto a tiled ws in
floating layer. Can this be done otherwise, like the opposite of the
above?

I was used to have some frames, mplayer video window, embedded into a
floting frame which was present on all worksapces, emulating sticky
mode. Can this still be done?
