Yes. The repository is gone until we see what the distros do.
If they end up simply providing their own forks.. well, I'm 
not going to be their workhorse. 

(Presently it seems that Debian at least is likely to simply 
include a dirty hack in the package to check that it is the 
latest, and possibly include ion3-old-$version packages in
the following stable releases. Not that there are likely to
be any Ion3 releases after the next stable Debian is out.)
