Sloppy focus with Floating WS

Up to today I have been using ion3 20060524, so my question may be very out
of day.

I installed version 20070506 today and noticed that floating workspaces
don't use sloppy focus anymore. The only way I can cycle through floating
frames is by clicking on their title bars. Tiled workspaces work as
expected: mouse-over gives focus to the appropriate frames.

Is this intended behavior for floating workspaces, or do I have a
configuration issue on my end? Could anyone help me with regaining sloppy
focus functionality with floating frames?
