error questions

On startup I get this error message - "Unable to find 'debian-menu-i18n' on
search path" - Ion seems to work fine, so how do I eliminate this error
message?

Also in ".xseesion-errors" I get this - "/usr/bin/ion3:Object destroyed
while deferred actions are still pending." This error message is repeated 8
times. Is this a problem?

I've been using ion only a few days so there is much I don't understand yet
