Re: keep one window focused

Ion3 has the sloppy focus policy only.  So you just have to cut your
mouse off and disable all keyboard bindings related to switching between
frames.  Maybe you want use 'switch_bindings.lua' script from
http://modeemi.cs.tut.fi/~tuomov/repos/ion-scripts-3/ to get this
feature as an option.
